There was an indication in the chart of the Spring Equinox at Washington DC about our national health deteriorating in the Spring months. Now the WHO is warning us about a pandemic of swine flu. In the New and Full Moon charts children appear to be most vulnerable. The New Moon chart of April 24th at Washington DC shows a health crisis in a neighboring country (Mexico) that is complicating the national outlook. The Full Moon chart of May 9th indicates concern about the health of children, especially at school. The New Moon Chart, however, shows the main direction of public concern to be money. It looks cautiously optimistic, notwithstanding shadows being cast by problems in international trade, trouble with banks, instability in the stock market, and losses through fraud. Beware of scams. The Full Moon chart of May 9th at Washington DC shows concern over losses in the stock market, problems in loans, interest rates, and losses of money in speculative ventures. The financial outlook in the Full Moon chart remains cautiously optimistic notwithstanding the on-going problems. This is actually promissing. Nonetheless, the Full Moon on May 9th is with the star Serpentis and casts a negative reflection on the President and his Administration. The Full Moon chart shows the people concerned about shortages of money; behind the scenes problems involving crime appear to be deeply entrenched and complicated; problems in health, especially that of children, may unfold retroactively. My sense of it is that this swine flu could emerge later on as an epidemic. It is waiting. Avoid crowds. Saturn, a major indicator in these lunar charts, turns direct on May 16th and says that a behind the scenes secret in the Government will be made public. International trade may be taking a slow turn for the better. The financial picture at the time of Saturn turning direct is, again, cautiously optimistic, but unstable and overshadowed by problems in international trade, while problems of deceptive practices and fraud appear to continue to affect financial institutions. Throughout this entire month period educational institutions, the educated class active in writing and publishing and professional fields such as teaching and counseling, as well as public-relations work, import-export, shipping and long distance transportation are all facing difficulties for the time being. Also the picture for immigrants, legal and otherwise, does not look good. |
